First post, so there’s no backlog to catch up on. Worth using it to say what this page is for.

Most of the work right now is pre-production: writing, design, tests, and working out how a film this size gets scheduled and paid for. Day to day, that happens in the Discord, and if you want to be in the room for it that’s where to be.

This page is the slower record. What we’re working on, once it can be described usefully. Results of the votes that decide direction. Changes to how the company is run. If you can’t follow a chat channel every day, nothing important will be lost by reading only this.

An animated feature takes years, and the honest version of that is that long stretches look quiet from the outside. Quiet means work is happening. When something material changes, it gets written down here.
