Most of the current work is pre-production: writing, design, testing, and establishing how a project of this size is scheduled and financed. Day-to-day discussion happens in the Discord. Anyone who wants to take part in that process should join there.
This page exists as the slower record: what we are working on once it can be usefully described, the outcomes of votes that determine direction, and changes to how the organization is run. Reading only this page will not cause anyone to miss anything essential.
An animated feature takes years to complete. Long periods of apparent quiet are normal and do not indicate inactivity. When something material changes, it will be recorded here.
