Seraph Interactive, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation registered in Wyoming. It exists so a film made by a community has something real behind it: the rights, the contracts, and the money, handled properly.
Who Decides
The community decides. The vote is final.
We are committed to running production through a small core team between votes: scheduling, review, and the daily work required to keep things moving. The board holds legal and financial responsibility. No one on either side draws a share of what the film earns. Everything it brings in is returned to making it.
How the Work Moves
We are committed to posting drafts while they are still rough, because that is when feedback carries the most weight. We are committed to recording decisions in writing, so no one has to ask around to learn why a shot looks the way it does.
Who Is Involved
- The community. Everyone participating through Discord. Without their participation, this project does not exist.
- The founding team. Responsible for day-to-day production between votes.
- The board. Holds legal and financial responsibility for the organization.
